As Account Manager for the Nordics, you are the strategic lead for the client, offering advice and solutions to ensure clients are getting the full value of the Hermes Solution. You will be fully in charge of and thereby responsible for sales and regional marketing of the entire Hermes Medical Solutions product portfolio in your designated region (Nordic countries). The Nordics is one of Hermes Medical Solutions most-established markets but with a great potential for further customer expansion. This means that you will start from a strong position with an existing customer base generating recurring revenues. You will have to ensure to keep this customer base satisfied and generate add-on-sales while simultaneously expand that customer base throughout the whole region. In your work you will be well supported by internal clinical- and technical expertise to improve the effectiveness and clinical excellence of both existing and new customers. The annual sales budget for the region are your individual responsibility. Happy and well supported clients are crucial to our future success and continued growth, and you will be a key player to make this happen.
- In collaboration with your manager, create a business plan and continuously follow up on key targets, growth, and sales results for your region.
- Establish and develop relations with all existing and potential customers, selected target groups and other stakeholders and influencers within the regional molecular imaging community to become the given and preferred partner for molecular imaging departments.
- Monitor, administer and respond to public tender responses.
- Independently identify, define, develop, and execute sales within the Nordics from start to finish.
- Be observant of market trends and signals.
- Be part of and have an active role in the international cross-functional Hermes sales team.
- Close collaboration with your nearest colleague, other account managers and marketing function, sharing best practices, planning, and executing common marketing activities.

Experience from sales of medical devices or software solutions.
3+ years of successful experience from field-based sales position.
Strong ability to organize, interpret and communicate complex product information to customers.
Independently be able to work focused, targeted, and persistent are key factors for reaching sales results.
Being energetic, highly motivated and having passionate engagement will contribute positively to your learning curve, the Hermes team, and accomplishment bonuses.
Being innovative and finding unexplored paths strengthens results.
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally.
